​How Do I Place An Order?

 

Ordering is easy!

​

  1. Pick the charm you would like.

  2.  Choose your customisation selections from the drop down menu.

  3. Pop it in your basket and check out. 

  4. Send me an email with your photo(s) that you would like in your charm to helengray.picturethis@gmail.com

Processing Time

​

  • Once I have the image to put in your keepsake, it takes me approx. 4 to 5 days to make your charm, and for it to be ready for posting.

  • At busy times it may take longer, but I will do my best to get your orders shipped as soon as I can.

  • Orders will be processed in the order they come in, unless you have contacted me to let me know you need your charm by a certain date.

  • I offer UK Guaranteed Next Working Day Delivery if you need your charm fast. It will still take a minimum of 3 days to make before it is ready to post.

Photos
​

  • High quality jpeg files are preferred.

  • Photos need to be uncropped with space around the  required person's face. If there is more than one person in the photo, please tell me who you would like in the setting.

  • I can accept a photo of a photo. If possible, please remove it from any frame and photograph it flat on a table, without a flash.

  • Screen shots taken from Facebook may also be acceptable depending on the quality of the original photo posted.

  • If you are unsure that your photo is suitable, please send it to me before you order and I will be able to tell you if it can be used.

  • It is possible to change a colour photograph to black & white, however it is not possible to colourise black & white images.

Custom & Personalised Orders
​

  • Bouquet charms, lapel pins, key rings and cuff links require an image to be sent. 

  • Please be aware, that without an image I cannot complete your order.

  • Keepsake care instructions are included with each item.

Gift Wrapping & Packaging
​

  • I do not offer a gift wrapping service. However, all orders are either boxed, or in an organza bag, which is wrapped in tissue paper.​

  • Tracked 24  1-2 business days.

  • Guaranteed Next day delivery Next business day before 1pm  (Requires a signature on delivery)

Mainland Europe: 1-3 weeks

Canada: 2-3 weeks

United States: 2-3 weeks

Worldwide:  2-4 weeks

I will do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but can't guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

Cancellations & Returns

  • I accept cancellations within 24 hours of purchase.
  • Due to the customisation of each piece created, I cannot accept returns or exchanges.

  • Please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
